• AGM Package: All members will receive the AGM package three weeks prior to the meeting.
• Eligibility: All members may attend the AGM, but only Active and Lifetime members are eligible to vote.

After careful consideration of our organizational goals, resources, and member feedback, the Board concluded that postponing the conference positions us to deliver a stronger, more impactful event in 2026. 

We understand that this may come as a disappointment, but we remain committed to offering valuable virtual programming, webinars, and member engagement opportunities. For the rest of 2025, we aim to keep our community connected and supported.

For next year's conference, we want to deliver high-quality educational opportunities, networking experiences, and professional development—better achieved with this adjusted timeline. Keep an eye on your inbox—we will be reaching out soon for your input.
