WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone with a passion for customer service and patient care. Our RVT's are the driving force of the clinic. They manage the patient care, maintain patient files, provide proper communication and guidance, and support the doctors and medical team as needed. Serving as the main contact for our client care team, you'll be able to remain calm in emotional situations, set an example of high-level client and patient care, as well as team work. You will work closely with the medical, surgical and rehabilitation teams to deliver exceptional patient and client care to ensure all feel welcomed and cared for.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Qualified applicants must be professional, driven, positive and enthusiastic with strong communication skills. They must work well individually, and with a team in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability and flexibility are key traits to possess in this role. The ideal candidate values maintaining a collegial working culture and prioritizes embracing the strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization. Thorough training is provided to all new team members.
